We offer a 30-day return period for items that arrive damaged, defective, or broken. If your TruckChill arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, your eligible return will be free of charge. We do not accept returns or cancellations simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
